Although the information was originally collected for use within the Linlithgow community we hope the list could be useful to others.

Adoption UK

Adoption UK Charity providing support, community and advocacy for all those parenting or supporting children who cannot live with their birth parents. Connect adoptive families, provide information and signposting on a range of adoption-related issues.

Advicenow  Provides legal support including information, legal self-help tools, and training to help people in England and Wales. deal with life’s legal problems whether it’s family and housing challenges or sorting out problems with benefits or work.

Age Scotland

Age Scotland Provide older people, their families and carers with information and advice services on a range of topics from money matters and benefits entitlements, to social care, housing, energy and legal issues. Tackle loneliness through their dedicated friendship programmes for when you just need a chat. It’s free to call and available Monday-Friday, 9-5pm.
