Age Scotland
Age Scotland Provide older people, their families and carers with information and advice services on a range of topics from money matters and benefits entitlements, to social care, housing, energy and legal issues. Tackle loneliness through their dedicated friendship programmes for when you just need a chat. It’s free to call and available Monday-Friday, 9-5pm.

Apetito – Home Meals Service Fromerly Meals on Wheels and now includes Wiltshire Farm Foods. Provides meals that are delivered to your door and to organisations catering to the young and the elderly e.g. hospitals, care homes, nurseries, schools, and local authorities. Meals created by Dietitian and Chefs, then frozen.
